Born in Odessa, Russia, Noel Robbins immigrated to the United States as a young man. Through determination and hard work, he graduated from Yale University with a degree in Engineering.
For over forty-four years, Noel dedicated his life to serving the medical community, focusing on dermatology, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery. His contributions include the development of instrumentation for dermabrasion, the introduction of the Dermo-Jet needle-less injector to North America, and pioneering work in liposuction equipment.
