The Nouvag Dermatome combinds power with easy-of-use with 2 tool free screws on top that when unscrwed realses the base plate and blade for easy replacement. For dermatome sizes 75mm and 100mm, reduction baseplates can be attached to the bottom to reduce the cutting width of the dermatome to 25mm or 5omm for greater precision.
